How to Install – php71-sqlite in Manjaro Arch Linux Operting System- Explained
1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)
2. Enter the following command to the terminal
sudo pacman -S php71-sqlite
3. php71-sqlite is now installed.

sudo pacman -Rs php71-sqlite
